Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If the item you purchase does not meet your expectation, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.*

If you have a product you wish to return, please contact our Customer Service on 1800 675 086 where you will be allocated a Return Authority Number.

Please attach a copy of this RA to the goods being returned. All returns must be addressed to:

Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

*We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any printed material (unless part of a larger kit).
  • Double Helix DNA Model Kits.
  • DVD or CD software except where damaged.

     

    Postage And Handling
    CSIRO Educational products are shipped within Australia and Internationally.

  • All orders will be dispatched within two business days following receipt of your order and payment, or in the case of payment by cheque; clearance of the cheque.
  • All Australian purchases are inclusive of GST.

    • Delivery

  • Our orders are sent via Australia Post and all orders will be charged at $10 per order, Australia-wide.
  • Normal Australia Post delivery times apply, dependent upon proximity to our warehouse in Melbourne.

    Express Postage Delivery Service within Australia Orders under $100 that require urgent delivery can be expressed post for a cost of $25. An additional Express Courier service is available on request, please contact one of our customer service representatives 1800 675 086 to arrange Courier Delivery and to obtain prices.

    Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and non-receipt of items within specified timeframes will not be accepted as a reason for return of stock.

    International Orders
    New Zealand customers: Selected items are held in our Auckland warehouse. These can be despatched under the same delivery terms as for Australian customers. We will confirm at the time of order. If not available in Auckland then conditions set out below will apply.

    International shipping costs will be calculated based on the order. We will email you with the delivery charges together with a link for payment by PayPal. The payment request will include delivery charges. International orders are exempt from GST and the payment request amount will reflect the 10% tax deduction.
